1. all our items are hand made to order, therefore delivery times will be stated at purchase.
2. purchase price includes post, packing and postal insurance
3. as all items are individually handmade to order, any alterations/ repairs required after the agreed order will be charged £100 standard administration charge in excess of any costs incurred.
5. construction and designs may be changed without warning.
6. all prices include VAT where applicable
7. collars and leads are sold for pet and animal use only.
8. goods remain the property of Joanna Philip Ltd until fully paid for, however risk of the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch.
9. Joanna Philip Ltd cannot accept any liability for consequential loss, damage, none fulfilment of contract and/or separately agreed written terms under any circumstances whatsoever, to the purchaser of Joanna Philip Ltd supplied goods or any other interested parties.
10. placement of orders with Gladstone Collar/ Joanna Philip Ltd is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. collars and leads are not sold or desired to be guaranteed to prevent dogs from breaking free and /or from chewing the collar or lead.
12. faulty goods will be repaired and/or replaced with out charge. All faults must be reported with seven working days of delivery.
